Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11447

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) (Allah Almighty says): "So recite what is easy (to recite) of it (the Qur'an)." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: It means one hundred verses.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abd al-Rahman bin Tawus, whom I do not know. The remaining narrators of this narration have been declared trustworthy.
