Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11364

Sayyiduna Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) concerning this statement of Allah Almighty (Allah Almighty says): "And glorify the praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Before the rising of the sun" means the morning (Fajr) prayer, and "before its setting" means the Asr prayer.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains the narrator Dawud bin al-Zibriqan, who is matruk (abandoned).
