Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no servant but that he has two doors in the heaven: through one door his deeds enter, and through the other door his deeds and his words come out. When he dies, the two of them find him missing and weep over him." Then he recited this verse: "So neither the heaven nor the earth wept over them." Then he mentioned that those people did not do any righteous deed on the earth for which (the earth) would weep over them, nor did any good word or righteous deed from their words or their deeds ascend to the heaven, such that the heaven would find them missing and weep over them.
(Allamah Haythami says:) I say: Al-Tirmidhi has recorded part of this narration.
Abu Ya'la recorded it; its chain contains Musa bin Ubaydah al-Rabadhi, who is da'if (weak).
