Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11321

Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates concerning this saying of Allah Almighty: (Allah Almighty says:) "Among them are those whose stories We have related to you, and among them are those whose stories We have not related to you." Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that Allah Almighty sent an Abyssinian man as a prophet, and that prophet is among those whose stories were not related to Sayyiduna Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Jabir al-Ju'fi, who is da'if (weak).
