Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 1128

Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a Muslim man performs ablution, his sins leave from his hearing, his sight, his two hands and his two feet; and if he remains seated (i.e. even if he does not offer the prayer after performing ablution), he sits in a state in which he has been forgiven."
Imam Ahmad recorded this report, and Imam al-Tabarani recorded something similar in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain is hasan (good).
