قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمُ الرِّجْسَ

عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ : نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ ( إِنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ لِيُذْهِبَ عَنْكُمُ الرِّجْسَ أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَيُطَهِّرَكُمْ تَطْهِيرًا ) فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَعَلِيٍّ وَفَاطِمَةَ وَالْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَطِيَّةُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ . وَلِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ طُرُقٌ فِي مَنَاقِبِ أَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَطِيَّةُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ . وَلِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ طُرُقٌ فِي مَنَاقِبِ أَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: This verse - (Allah Almighty says:) "Allah only intends to remove impurity from you, O People of the House, and to purify you thoroughly" - this verse was revealed concerning the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), Sayyiduna Imam Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Imam Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him).
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Atiyyah bin Sa'd, who is da'if (weak). The various chains of this narration will come in the chapter on the virtues of the People of the House.
