Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11183

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Allah Almighty says:) "The resident therein and the visitor are equal." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "That is, the one who resides and the one who departs from there are equal."
Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Abdullah bin Muslim bin Hurmuz, who is da'if (weak).
