عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ : لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ وَآتِ ذَا الْقُرْبَى حَقَّهُ دَعَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فَاطِمَةَ ، فَأَعْطَاهَا فَدَكَ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَطِيَّةُ الْعَوْفِيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) states: When this verse was revealed: "And give the relative his right," the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) summoned Sayyidah Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) and gave her Fadak.
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Atiyyah al-Awfi, who is da'if (weak) and matruk (abandoned).
