Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11011

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: Formerly the Quraysh used to circumambulate the House naked, whistling and clapping, so Allah Almighty revealed this verse: "Say: Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah?" So they were commanded to wear clothes.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Yahya al-Himmani, who is da'if (weak).
