Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The most wretched of people are three: the one who hamstrung the she-camel of the people of Thamud, and that son of Sayyiduna Adam (peace be upon him) who killed his brother, for whatever blood is shed upon the earth, he will have a share of it, because he was the first to initiate the practice of killing." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: the third is missing from "the original," and it appears that this third person is the killer of Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him).
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Ibn Ishaq, and he is a mudallis.
