Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 10902

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "What is your view about the saying of Allah Almighty: 'And a Paradise whose width is the heavens and the earth'?" That man then asked: "Then where will Hell be?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What do you think about the night? It comes, and then it is no more. When it comes, where does the day go?" The man said: "Wherever Allah wills." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Likewise, Hell will be wherever Allah wills."
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
