Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (Allah Almighty says:) "To Him has submitted whoever is in the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly (that is, in every state)." (The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:) "Those in the heavens are the angels, and those on the earth are those born upon Islam. As for those who are unwilling, they are the captives from various nations who will be brought bound in chains and led to Paradise, though they are unwilling about it."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Muhassin al-Ukkashi, who is matruk (abandoned).
