وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " الْبَيْتُ الَّذِي يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ سُورَةُ الْبَقَرَةِ لَا يَدْخُلُهُ الشَّيْطَانُ تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةَ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ عَدِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mughaffal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The house in which Surah al-Baqarah is recited, Satan does not enter that house that night."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Adi bin al-Fadl, who is da'if (weak).
