عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ : أَسْخَنْتُ مَاءً فِي الشَّمْسِ ، فَأَتَيْتُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - لِيَتَوَضَّأَ بِهِ ، فَقَالَ : " لَا تَفْعَلِي يَا عَائِشَةُ ; فَإِنَّهُ يُورِّثُ الْبَيَاضَ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ السُّدِّيُّ ، وَقَدْ أَجْمَعُوا عَلَى ضَعْفِهِ . وَقَالَ - أَيِ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ - : لَا يُرْوَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ . قُلْتُ : قَدْ رَوَيْنَاهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ السُّدِّيُّ ، وَقَدْ أَجْمَعُوا عَلَى ضَعْفِهِ . وَقَالَ - أَيِ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ - : لَا يُرْوَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - إِلَّا بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ . قُلْتُ : قَدْ رَوَيْنَاهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .
Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I heated some water in the sun and brought it to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) so that he could perform ablution with it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Aishah! Do not do this, for it causes whiteness (that is, the disease of leprosy).
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a narrator, Muhammad bin Marwan al-Suddi, whose weakness the hadith scholars agree upon. He, that is, Imam al-Tabarani, says:
This narration is reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) only with this chain.
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: We have already recorded this narration as a hadith reported from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both).
