وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ، وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَا فِي الْأَمَةِ تُسْتَكْرَهُ : إِنْ كَانَتْ بِكْرًا فَعُشْرُ ثَمَنِهَا ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ ثَيِّبًا فَنِصْفُ عُشْرِ ثَمَنِهَا . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ بِإِسْنَادِ الَّذِي قَبْلَهُ ، وَهُوَ مُنْقَطِعٌ .
Abd al-Karim narrates: Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said, concerning a slave woman who has been forced: If she is a virgin, a tenth of her price is to be paid, and if she is previously married (thayyib), a twentieth of her price is to be paid.
