عَنْ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - دَرَأَ الْحَدَّ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ اسْتُكْرِهَتْ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ وَهُوَ مُدَلِّسٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Juhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) waived the prescribed punishment (hadd) from a woman who had been forced.
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains al-Hajjaj bin Artah, who is a mudallis (one who conceals defects in his chain).
