بَابُ مِنْ أَتَى ذَاتَ مَحْرَمٍ
One who has intercourse with a woman within the prohibited degrees

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مَنْ أَتَى ذَاتَ مَحْرَمٍ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، عَنْ شَيْخِهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ : لَيْسَ بِذَاكَ ، وَقَالَ الذَّهَبِيُّ : كَانَ مِنَ الْحُفَّاظِ الرَّحَّالِينَ . وَعَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عِيسَى لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، عَنْ شَيْخِهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ الدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ : لَيْسَ بِذَاكَ ، وَقَالَ الذَّهَبِيُّ : كَانَ مِنَ الْحُفَّاظِ الرَّحَّالِينَ . وَعَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عِيسَى لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The person who commits adultery with a woman within the forbidden degrees (mahram) will not enter Paradise."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat from his teacher Ali bin Sa'id. Al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) said: He is not of that standard; and al-Dhahabi said: He was one of the hadith memorisers (huffaz) who travelled in pursuit of knowledge. One narrator is Abd al-Aziz bin Isa, whom I do not know; the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
