بَابٌ فِي مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ حَقِّهِ وَأَهْلِهِ وَمَالِهِ
One who is killed defending his right, his family and his property
Majma al-Zawaid 10468 — One who is killed defending his right
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ :
" الْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ مَالِهِ شَهِيدٌ ، وَالْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ أَهْلِهِ شَهِيدٌ ، وَالْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ نَفْسِهِ شَهِيدٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ جُوَيْبِرٌ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
" الْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ مَالِهِ شَهِيدٌ ، وَالْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ أَهْلِهِ شَهِيدٌ ، وَالْمَقْتُولُ دُونَ نَفْسِهِ شَهِيدٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ جُوَيْبِرٌ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "One who is killed defending his wealth is a martyr; one who is killed defending his family is a martyr; and one who is killed defending his life is a martyr."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its chain contains Juwaybir, who is matruk (abandoned).
