وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَقْبِلِ الْقِبْلَةَ وَلَمْ يَسْتَدْبِرْهَا فِي الْغَائِطِ - كُتِبَتْ لَهُ حَسَنَةٌ ، وَمُحِيَ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَةٌ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، إِلَّا شَيْخَ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ وَشَيْخَ شَيْخِهِ ، وَهُمَا ثِقَتَانِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، إِلَّا شَيْخَ الطَّبَرَانِيِّ وَشَيْخَ شَيْخِهِ ، وَهُمَا ثِقَتَانِ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever neither faces the qiblah nor turns his back to it while defecating, one good deed is recorded for him and one of his sins is erased."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that the case of al-Tabarani's teacher and his teacher's teacher is different; nevertheless, both of them are thiqah (trustworthy).
