وَعَنْ سَبْرَةَ بْنِ مَعْبَدٍ أَنَّهُ حَضَرَ أُحُدًا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ، وَأَنَّهُ أَصَابَتْهُ رَمْيَةٌ بِحَجَرٍ فِي رِجْلِهِ ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ مِنْهَا ضَالِعًا حَتَّى مَاتَ ، رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ جَمَاعَةٌ لَمْ أَعْرِفْهُمْ .
It is narrated about Sayyiduna Sabrah bin Ma'bad (may Allah be pleased with him) that he took part in the Battle of Uhud with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and that a thrown stone struck him in the leg, because of which he kept limping until he died.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains a group of narrators whom I do not know.
