وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : أُصِيبَ وَجْهُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ ، فَاسْتَقْبَلَهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ فَمَصَّ جُرْحَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - ثُمَّ ازْدَرَدَهُ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَنْظُرَ إِلَى مَنْ خَالَطَ دَمِي دَمَهُ ، فَلْيَنْظُرْ إِلَى مَالِكِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) says: On the day of Uhud, the face of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was wounded. Sayyiduna Malik bin Sinan (may Allah be pleased with him) came to him, sucked the wound of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and then swallowed it. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever would like to look at a man whose blood has mixed with my blood, let him look at Malik bin Sinan."
