عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " سَتْرُ مَا بَيْنَ أَعْيُنِ الْجِنِّ وَعَوْرَاتِ بَنِي آدَمَ إِذَا وَضَعُوا ثِيَابَهُمْ - أَنْ يَقُولُوا : بِسْمِ اللَّهِ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ بِإِسْنَادَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا فِيهِ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْأُمَوِيُّ ، ضَعَّفَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَابْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ مُوَثَّقُونَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ بِإِسْنَادَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا فِيهِ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْأُمَوِيُّ ، ضَعَّفَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ وَابْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ مُوَثَّقُونَ .
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The screen between the eyes of the jinn and the private parts of the children of Adam is that, when a person is about to remove his clothes, he says 'Bismillah' (In the name of Allah)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat with two chains; one of them contains a narrator, Sa'id bin Maslamah al-Umawi, whom Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and others declared da'if (weak), while Ibn Hibban and Ibn Adi declared him thiqah (trustworthy); its remaining narrators have been declared trustworthy.
