Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 10052

Makhlad al-Ghifari narrates: Three slaves belonging to Banu Ghifar took part in the battle of Badr with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Ya'qub bin Humayd, whom Ibn Hibban and others declared thiqah (trustworthy), while al-Nasa'i (may Allah have mercy on him) and others declared him da'if (weak); the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
