وَعَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ : كَانَ عِدَّةُ أَهْلِ بَدْرٍ عِدَّةَ أَصْحَابِ طَالُوتَ يَوْمَ جَالُوتَ ثَلَاثَمِائَةٍ وَسَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The number of the people of Badr was the same as the number of the companions of Talut when they fought Jalut, namely three hundred and seventeen.
