Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 10020

Sayyiduna al-Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) fixed the ransom of each of the captives of Badr from among the polytheists at four thousand.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir; its chain contains al-Waqidi, and he is da'if (weak).
