وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنْ يَتَخَلَّى الرَّجُلُ تَحْتَ شَجَرَةٍ مُثْمِرَةٍ ، وَنَهَى أَنْ يَتَخَلَّى عَلَى ضَفَّةِ نَهْرٍ جَارٍ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِي الْكَبِيرِ الشَّطْرُ الْأَخِيرُ ، وَفِيهِ فُرَاتُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِي الْكَبِيرِ الشَّطْرُ الْأَخِيرُ ، وَفِيهِ فُرَاتُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكُ الْحَدِيثِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that a man should relieve himself beneath a fruit-bearing tree, and he also forbade that one should relieve oneself on the bank of a flowing river.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and the latter half of it is recorded in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; its chain contains a narrator, Furat bin al-Sa'ib, who is matruk al-hadith (abandoned in hadith).
