It is narrated from Sayyida Asma bint Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her), she says that a woman came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! Menstrual blood gets on a woman," the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "She should scrape it off, then wash it with water, and then she may pray in it."

It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Qais bint Mihsan (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) about menstrual blood that gets on clothes. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Wash it with water and lotus leaves, and scrape it off with a bone."

From Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, that Khawla bint Yasar, may Allah be pleased with her, came to the Prophet during Hajj or Umrah and said: O Messenger of Allah! I have only one garment and I menstruate in it. He said: "When you become pure, wash the place of the blood and then pray in it." She said: O Messenger of Allah! What if its trace does not go away? He said: "Water is sufficient for you and its trace will not harm you."
