عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ ذَبَّ عَنْ لَحْمِ أَخِيهِ فِي الْغِيبَةِ كَانَ حَقًّا عَلَى اللَّهِ أَنْ يُعْتِقَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ
It is narrated from Sayyida Asma bint Yazid (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever defends his brother in his absence, it is incumbent upon Allah to free him from the Fire.
