No one’s deeds ascend except those of Ali, may Allah be pleased with him
Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said that angels continued to send blessings (salawat) upon Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) for seven years. The reason for this is that no one except Ali prayed with me.
This narration is also reported from Hazrat Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, in these words:
Hazrat Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, says that the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said: Angels continued to send blessings upon me and Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, for seven years, but this blessing did not ascend to the heavens. And besides me and Ali, no one’s testimony from earth to heaven regarding the matter that there is no deity except Allah is elevated.

There is a difference of opinion regarding Ali’s age when the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, was granted prophethood. Some say he was five years old, some say seven, some nine, some eleven, and some thirteen years old.
If we assume his age was seven years, then until the age of fourteen, no one’s blessings except those of the Prophet and Ali ascended to the heavens. We will accept this situation as follows: The Prophet’s blessings ascended due to prophethood. As for Ali, his blessings ascended because he was a child, and others, being adults, their blessings did not ascend. If Hazrat Khadijah, may Allah be pleased with her, had not been a mature woman but a child, perhaps her blessings would have ascended as well.
In the narration of Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari, may Allah be pleased with him, the narrator is Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Rafi’.
Muhammad ibn Ubaidullah:
Muhammad ibn Ubaidullah ibn Abi Rafi’.
Yahya says this is nothing.
Bukhari says: He is a fabricator of hadith.

Reference: Al-Mawdu’at: 341/1

Zahabi says that Muhammad ibn Ubaidullah ibn Abi Rafi’ Al-Madani has been declared weak by the hadith scholars.
Bukhari says: He is a fabricator of hadith. From him narrate Mandal and Ali Hashim.
Yahya ibn Ma’in says his hadith is worthless.
Abu Hatim says he is extremely a fabricator of hadith and a rejected person.

Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah have narrated hadith from him.
Ibn ‘Adi says he is counted among the Shia of Kufa.
Tabarani narrated from him that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said to Hazrat Ali, may Allah be pleased with him: The first people to enter Paradise will be me, you, Hasan, and Husayn. And after us will be our progeny, and our Shia will be on our right and left.

As for the second narration, its narrator is ‘Ibad ibn Abd al-Samad.
‘Ibad ibn Abd al-Samad:
Ibn ‘Adi says he is an extremist Shia.
‘Aqili says he is weak. He narrated a version from Hazrat Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, whose general narrations are rejected. His general narrations concern the virtues of Hazrat Ali, may Allah be pleased with him.
Imam Abu Hatim Razi, may Allah have mercy on him, says he is extremely weak and a fabricator of hadith. This narration is also fabricated from Hazrat Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, which will be presented, God willing, later.
