Answer: Yes! The ruling for a traveler will apply to them, and they are permitted to shorten their prayers, combine two prayers, and break their fast. If someone asks, when their work continues like this constantly, then when will they fast? We will answer that they should fast during the cold season when the days are shorter and cooler.
As for those drivers whose work is within the city, they will not be considered travelers and fasting will be obligatory for them.
