This is among the prohibited relationships.
وَبَنَاتُ الأَخ
Reference: (An-Nisa: 23)
And the daughters of your brothers are also forbidden to you.
Here, the daughters of brothers refer to real, uterine, and foster brothers alike, and the descendants of the daughters are also included in this ruling. Therefore, just as marrying the daughter of a uterine brother is forbidden, similarly, marrying the granddaughter of a uterine brother is also forbidden.
