Yes, it is permissible.
Statement of the Scholar:
Imam Muhammad Abdul Rahman Mubarakpuri states in Tuhfat al-Ahwazi:
“The stronger opinion in my view is the permissibility of using a towel.”
✿ Key Point:
Using a towel after Wudu or Ghusl is allowed and does not contradict any Shari’ah principles.
