I suffer from severe laziness, especially in the Fajr prayer. Is this from Satan?

Yes indeed!
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said:
«يعتمد الشيطان على قافية رأس أحدكم إذا نام ثلاث عقد يضرب كل عقدة: عليك ليل طويل فارقد، فإن استيقظ فذكر الله انحلت عقدة، فإن توضا انحلت عقدة، فإن صلى انحلت عقدة فأصبح نشيطا طبيب النفس وإلا أصبح خبيث النفس كسلان»
“Satan ties three knots at the back of the head of any one of you when he sleeps. With each knot, he says, ‘You have a long night ahead, so keep sleeping.’ If the person wakes up and remembers Allah, one knot is undone. If he performs ablution, the second knot is undone. If he prays, the third knot is undone. Then he wakes up energetic and refreshed. Otherwise, he wakes up with evil desires and laziness.”
