Question
What is the manhaj (methodology) of Dawlah Islamiyyah fi al-‘Iraq wa al-Sham?
Answer
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
At present, we do not possess any authentic or detailed information regarding the manhaj of Dawlah Islamiyyah. Therefore, discussing this matter would be unbeneficial and baseless.
This is what I hold to be correct, and Allah knows best.
