Jami at-Tirmidhi 2941 — Recitation of "And the people think they are
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، وَالْفَضْلُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " قَرَأَ وَتَرَى النَّاسَ سُكَارَى وَمَا هُمْ بِسُكَارَى سورة الحج آية 2 "، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ ، وَلَا نَعْرِفُ لِقَتَادَةَ سَمَاعًا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا مِنْ أَنَسٍ ، وَأَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ ، وَهَذَا عِنْدِي حَدِيثٌ مُخْتَصَرٌ ، إِنَّمَا يُرْوَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي السَّفَرٍ فَقَرَأَ يَأَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمْ سورة الحج آية 1 " ، الْحَدِيثَ بِطُولِهِ ، وَحَدِيثُ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عِنْدِي مُخْتَصَرٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
´Narrated 'Imran bin Husain:` "The Prophet (ﷺ) recited: You shall see mankind as if in a drunken state, yet they will not be in a drunken state. (22:2)

Explanation:
1:
That is, there is no need to be excessively anxious or worried,
since the majority consists of disbelievers and polytheists, so they will also be the majority in Hell.
If one or two so-called Muslims end up there, who can prevent them from going due to their own misdeeds?
And whoever does not wish to go (to Hell) should keep his faith and beliefs correct, stay away from shirk (associating partners with Allah) and innovations (bid‘ah), and continue to perform righteous and virtuous deeds.
Such a person, insha Allah, will certainly enter Paradise.
