Jami at-Tirmidhi 2074 — What Has Been Related About Cooling Fever
´Aishah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (S.A.W) said:` "Fever is from the heat of the Hell, so cool it with water." Another chain reports similar narration.

‘With this chain,’ a similar hadith is narrated from Asma bint Abi Bakr, may Allah be pleased with her. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- There are some additional points in the hadith of Asma compared to this hadith,
2- Both hadiths are authentic.
