وَقَالَ غَيْرُ الْجُرْجَانِيِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهِ حَدٌّ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Overlook (cases) concerning the Ansar except for the prescribed punishments (hudud)."
