قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {لا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَكِنْ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا عَقَّدْتُمُ الأَيْمَانَ} .
His (Allah's) saying: {Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for [breaking] what you intended of oaths}
Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 783 — His (Allah's) saying: {Allah will not
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، قَالَ: نَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: هُوَ: لَا وَاللهِ، وَبَلَى وَاللهِ .
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: A vain oath is saying: «لَا وَاللَّهِ» and «بَلَىٰ وَاللَّهِ».
