أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ، «جَبَرَ عُصْبَةَ صَبِيٍّ أَنْ يُنْفِقَ عَلَيْهِ الرِّجَالُ دُونَ النِّسَاءِ»
Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) ordered the guardians of children that men should spend on the child, not women.
