قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَمَنْ فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ فَلا رَفَثَ وَلا فُسُوقَ وَلا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {So whoever has made Hajj obligatory upon himself therein [by entering the state of ihram], there is [to be for him] no sexual relations and no disobedience and no disputing during Hajj.}
Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 343 — His saying, Exalted is He: {So whoever
وَأَنَا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَا: الرَّفَثُ: الْجِمَاعُ، وَالْفُسُوقُ: الْمَعَاصِي، وَالْجِدَالُ: الْمِرَاءُ .
Ibrahim and Mughira, may Allah have mercy on them, said: "Al-rafath (rafath) means sexual intercourse, al-fusuq (fusuq) means sins, and al-jidal (jidal) means argumentation (disputation and repetition)."
