قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَمَنْ فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ فَلا رَفَثَ وَلا فُسُوقَ وَلا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ}
His saying, Exalted is He: {So whoever has made Hajj obligatory upon himself therein [by entering the state of ihram], there is [to be for him] no sexual relations and no disobedience and no disputing during Hajj.}
Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 340 — His saying, Exalted is He: {So whoever
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: الرَّفَثُ: الْجِمَاعُ، وَالْفُسُوقُ: الْمَعَاصِي، وَالْجِدَالُ: الْمِرَاءُ فِي الْحَجِّ حَتَّى يَغْضَبُوا .
Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Rafath" means sexual intercourse, "Fusooq" means sins, and "Jidal" in Hajj means such an argument that leads to anger.
