أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، نا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الْجَارِيَةَ قَالَ لَا يَمَسَّهَا وَلَا يَضَعْ يَدَهُ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى يَسْتَبْرِئَهَا
Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Do not touch or lay a hand on a slave-girl after purchasing her until her Istibra’ (waiting period) is completed."
