بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِيمَنْ بَدَأَ بِالْيَمِينِ فِي الطَّلَاقِ وَالْعَتَاقِ قَبْلَ الِاسْتِثْنَاءِ
Chapter on those who begin with an oath in divorce and emancipation before making an exception
Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 2982 — on those who begin with an oath
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ: «إِنْ لَمْ يَحْنَثْ فَلَا يَقَعُ عَلَيْهِ»
Hazrat Sa'id bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If the oath is not broken, the divorce will not take place."
