Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 2888 — on the divorce by minors and its rulings
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: «كَانُوا يَكْتُمُونَ الصِّبْيَانَ النِّكَاحَ، وَيَكْرَهُونَ أَنْ يُلْقُوا عَلَى أَفْوَاهِهِمُ الطَّلَاقَ»
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "People used to conceal marriages from children and disliked uttering words of divorce over them."
