بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ الْمَرْأَةَ تَطْلِيقَةً أَوْ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ تَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ بَعْدَ زَوْجٍ عَلَى كَمْ تَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ
Chapter: A man divorces his wife once or twice, then she returns to him after marrying another—how many times does she have left with him?
Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 2713 — A man divorces his wife once or twice
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ، قَالَ: «هِيَ عِنْدَهُ عَلَى ثَلَاثٍ»
It is narrated from Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) that a woman will be divorced with three divorces.
