وَقَالَ حَمَّادٌ: «لَيْسَ فِي مَالِهَا شَيْءٌ»

حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، قَالَ: «يَأْخُذُ مِنَ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ حَتَّى عِقَاصَهَا»
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: It is permissible to take from the woman who seeks khul‘ (divorce in exchange for compensation) even the value up to the string of her hair (her hairband).
