بَابُ الطَّلَاقِ بِالرِّجَالِ وَالْعِدَّةِ بِالنِّسَاءِ

Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 2513 — Divorce is for men and waiting period
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ: «يُطَلِّقُ الْمَمْلُوكُ الْحُرَّةَ ثَلَاثًا، وَيُطَلِّقُ الْحُرُّ الْمَمْلُوكَةَ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ»
Hazrat Ikrimah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: A slave can give three divorces to a free woman, and a free man can give two divorces to a slave woman.
