وَقَالَ طَاوُسٌ: «أَقْرَاؤُهَا مَا كَانَتْ»
And Tawus said: "Her waiting periods are as they were."
Sunan Sa'id bin Mansur 2484 — And Tawus said: "Her waiting periods are
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «تَرَبَّصُ سَنَةً مِنْ بَعْدِ الرِّيبَةِ، ثُمَّ ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ بَعْدَ السَّنَةِ، ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجُ إِنْ شَاءَتْ»
It is narrated from Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said: After the state of doubt, a woman should wait for one year, then an additional three months, then she can marry.
