حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ «أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى طَلَاقَ الْمُكْرَهِ شَيْئًا»
It is narrated from Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) that he did not consider a divorce given under compulsion to be of any significance.
