حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ: أنا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقُ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَبْرَأَ»
Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The divorce of a madman is not valid until he regains his senses.
